Welcome to The Hot Store. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Once payment has been successfully made, your order is considered confirmed.
An order cannot be cancelled after payment except under special circumstances and only with approval from an admin.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is currently not available.
The Hot Store reserves the right to cancel an order in case the product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

Customers may request their orders to be held and shipped at a later date.
If the buyer has paid the full amount for an order, we can hold the order for as long as the buyer wants.
No holding charges will be charged to the buyer.
Once the full amount has been paid, the product will not be passed on or sold to another customer without the buyer's permission.
Customers are not required to have their order shipped immediately once it arrives.

Posting or promoting unrelated group links, community links or website links through The Hot Store's groups/platforms is not permitted unless specifically authorised by an admin.
The Hot Store reserves the right to take appropriate action against accounts violating these rules.

Minor manufacturing variations, paint imperfections, tampo variations, card/blister imperfections and similar factory-level variations may occur with collectible products.
DIT/LIT (Damage/Loss in Transit) claims are subject to the conditions specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to an order, purchase, product, service or transaction with The Hot Store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in Odisha, India, subject to applicable law.
Any dispute or matter shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and legal procedures of India.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
